Having a business isn't always easy, we have to wear many hats - accountant, marketing manager, social media manager, as well as doing the work we enjoy. Plus there's the pressure to be more, do more and hit those 5/6 figure months or years.
I know - both from my own experience and that of my clients - that we can only do all we dream of if we have the right foundations in life and business. You can't build a house on sand, and it's no different when you're building a business.
